About Me

I am General Manager of the IntegraCore operations in Atlanta.  I have been an entrepreneur since 2001 when I left General Motors.  This is my personal blog. It is focused on “continuous improvement.” My mission is to promote continuous improvement because it leads to personal empowerment, stronger companies, and stronger families.  In my quest to build a lean organization and to become a lean leader, a key component of building a lean organization is to share the learning.  This blog serves as my tool to share my lessons learned both internal and external to my organization.

I write on leadership, entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management (my industry), and productivity. On occasion, I write about stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories.

My goal is to create highly valuable content that can motivate others to continuously work at improving their personal and professional lives.  If you are dedicated to continuously improving yourself, your company, and your family; then this is the blog for you.

I typically post once a week. To make sure you don’t miss my newest posts, you can subscribe.
